NICE Perform Standard Package will include following modules :

• NICE Passive VoIP logger – recording Channels
• NICE Perform Standard package - offers enhanced Web based user interface for quality monitoring.  NICE Perform offers the following features.
o Role based access to the various modules in the suite.
o Recording resources ( channels ) can be dedicated for individual clients on same capture platform (logger )
o All call recording , ROD and Sampling based recording can achieved in the same system
o Centralized administration in a multi hub environment.
o Centralized rule based retention of the calls in the storage center based on the client requirements.
o Resource Resource-Based Security Model (four layers of access control: applications, functions, Interactions and Interaction Data-Fields)
o Fine-grained Access Control (over 60 function-based privileges )
o Support for Network Address Translation (NAT) and Port Address Translation (PAT)
• NICE Interaction Center which will integrate with EPBX for getting the CTI information.
• NICE Storage Center Solution - offers capabilities for rule based Archiving of all Voice calls.
• NICE Screen Logger – for recording screen of the agent desktops according to recording rules.

NICE Perform includes a complete set of Web-based tools to extract, process, analyze and effectively visualize information from customer interactions on a large scale. The information gathered through:
 • Sophisticated mining rules
 • Analysis engines
 • Call flow events,
 • Agent screen-activity
 • Customer surveys

Together, these resources provide the insights which until now have been unavailable from recorded interactions.
